Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Site Project Manager to lead onsite activities at complex industrial sites with international teams. You will plan, organize, and coordinate daily site work, acting as the main contact for customers, authorities, and contractors.

You will align with the project team back office to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and high quality outcomes. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in leading onsite roles on major EPC or consortium projects, strong EHS knowledge, and

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in construction of complex industrial projects (EPC/Consortium).
• Willingness to work on construction sites in and outside Germany.
• Minimum 5 years onsite in a leading position (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil).
• Knowledge of construction/commissioning processes and methodologies.
• Strong EHS policies knowledge for onsite works on large projects.
• Proven ability to lead multinational teams with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for all onsite works within Siemens Energy scope.
• Represent PM on site to customers, authorities, contractors, partners.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and Zero Harm culture on site.
• Manage on-site schedule, budget, and quality using standardized tools.
• Document deviations and direct contract and claim activities as needed.
• Escalate issues impacting scope, budget, or schedule when required.
• Coordinate corrective actions, cost risk mitigation, and opportunities.
• Review concurrent cost accounting and cost-to-complete estimates.
• Maintain project time schedule and update open points in SE tools.
• Support site-specific reporting and ensure changes close at milestones.
