Job summary

Bechtel is seeking an Industrial Hygiene Supervisor to manage the on-site IH program for a major nuclear project in Poland. You will conduct exposure assessments, supervise the IH team, and apply practical control measures to protect workers in a heavy industrial environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in IH or related field with at least 10 years of experience; CIH/BOHS certification is highly preferred. A comprehensive rewards package and relocation support are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in industrial hygiene, occupational health, chemistry, environmental health, engineering or a closely related science.
• Minimum 10 years of industrial hygiene experience on construction or heavy industrial projects with supervisory responsibility.
• Professional certification (CIH/BOHS) strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of exposure assessment methods and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead IH program on site, executing exposure assessment and monitoring.
• Plan and conduct personal and area monitoring for key hazards (welding fumes, silica, noise, etc.).
• Manage sampling, lab coordination, data quality, and records.
• Supervise IH personnel and coordinate with occupational health providers.
