Bechtel Corporation is seeking a Lead EHS Advisor for Balance of Plant on a major nuclear project in Poland. You will oversee EHS delivery across turbine island, water systems, switchyard, tanks and related site infrastructure, leading a field-based team.

You will coach EHS staff, review risk assessments and permits, and ensure safe execution of high-risk activities such as heavy lifting, excavations, and high-voltage work.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in an environmental, health, safety or science-related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of EHS experience on major construction projects, site-based across a defined scope.
• Direct experience in Balance of Plant or comparable heavy industrial construction is essential.

Responsabilités

• Leads EHS delivery across the Balance of Plant scope, driving compliance and interventions when standards are not met.
• Leads and develops EHS Advisors and Officers, assigns coverage, sets priorities, and coaches field interventions.
• Directs inspections, audits, and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions and improvements.
