Bechtel is seeking an EHS Program Services Manager in Lubiatowo, Poland, to own and develop the project EHS management system, align with Polish and EU law, and support the Project Management team while expanding the program as the work scope evolves.

You will lead assurance activities, manage audits, develop training, and mentor staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, data reporting, and continuous improvement across the EPC project for the AP1000 nuclear program with Westinghouse.

Competenze

Requires a Bachelor's degree in an EHS- or science-related discipline with at least 15 years of experience on major projects.
Experience in nuclear, power or highly regulated projects is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of EHS management systems and local regulatory frameworks.

Mansioni

Owns and maintains the Project EHS Management System aligned with requirements and legislation.
Develops and implements EHS programs, procedures, and standards for emerging risks.
Manages EHS assurance program including audits, inspections and corrective actions.
Maintains training, competency programs and EHS data reporting.
Supports budget planning, resource forecasting and onboarding for EHS activities.
