Job summary

RSB Automotive Consulting is seeking an Industrial Engineer focused on MES and manufacturing integration to support deployment and optimization in a new facility in Lublin, Poland. The role emphasizes MES implementation, data flows, and shop-floor efficiency, collaborating with Production, Quality, Maintenance and IT teams.

Responsibilities include defining MES requirements, coordinating with external partners, testing and troubleshooting interfaces, and contributing to continuous improvement

Qualifications

3-5 years of professional experience in Industrial Engineering or manufacturing engineering.
Practical experience with MES implementation, integration or deployment.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production flows and shop-floor operations.

Responsibilities

Support MES implementation across manufacturing operations.
Define and validate MES-related requirements for machines and shop-floor processes.
Drive integration between equipment, manufacturing systems and MES platforms.
Coordinate MES activities with Production, Quality, Maintenance, IT and partners.
Test, validate and troubleshoot MES functionalities and data flows.
Monitor machine performance and production data to identify issues and opportunities.
Initiate corrective actions and drive continuous improvement of MES solutions.
Support project planning, documentation and milestones.
Assist with MES user training and readiness activities.
