Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
• Proficiency in discrete event simulation software and other industrial engineering tools.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools such as value stream mapping, 5S, kaizen, etc.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize efficiency and eliminate waste.
• Conduct time studies and VA/NVA analysis to optimize production efficiency.
• Analyze material flow and implement a plan for every part.
