Etteplan is seeking a Principal Consultant to drive Agentic AI strategy for industrial software and embedded systems. You will engage executives and engineers, shaping architecture and adoption plans that balance business value with technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, or senior client-facing roles leading complex engagements.
• Deep knowledge of Agentic AI architectures and autonomous/multi-agent systems.
• Strong background in software engineering and system architecture.
• Experience in industrial, embedded, or edge environments and related constraints.

Responsabilités

• Lead early-stage customer engagements from discovery to feasibility and maturity assessments.
• Identify opportunities for Agentic AI in industrial apps and software development.
• Advise on architectures and adoption approaches balancing value with feasibility, reliability, and safety.
• Translate complex challenges into use cases, architecture concepts, and roadmaps.
• Help accelerate software engineering and assess required development workflows.
• Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to connect advisory with implementation.
• Support sales discussions with technical insight and real-world achievable outcomes.
• Develop Etteplan’s Agentic AI offering and promote an AI-first mindset across teams.
