Job summary

Etteplan is seeking a Principal Consultant to drive Agentic AI advisory services within SES. You will lead engagements from discovery through feasibility and recommendations, balancing business value with technical feasibility in industrial environments.

You’ll architect Agentic AI solutions, collaborate with executives and delivery teams, and help shape Etteplan’s AI offering while mentoring engineers and architects in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting or senior client-facing roles.
• Hands-on experience with autonomous agents, multi-agent systems.
• Strong software engineering and system architecture background.
• Experience in industrial, embedded, or edge environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead early-stage engagements from discovery to feasibility and maturity assessments.
• Advise on Agentic AI architectures and adoption approaches.
• Develop practical roadmaps, use cases, and architecture concepts.
• Mentor lead engineers and architects; shape Etteplan's Agentic AI offering.
