Job summary

Etteplan is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead advisory engagements in Industrial Agentic AI. You will talk strategy with executives, dive into architecture with engineers, and guide customers on implementing Agentic AI within their industrial software and embedded systems.

You’ll work with a cross-functional team to shape offerings, drive feasibility studies, and mentor senior engineers and architects in pursuing measurable business value through AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Agentic AI architectures and practical experience with autonomous agents.
• Experience designing, evaluating, or developing agent-based solutions in industrial contexts.
• Strong software engineering and system architecture background.

Responsibilities

• Leading early-stage customer engagements from discovery to maturity assessments.
• Advising on Agentic AI architectures and adoption approaches with business value.
• Turning complex challenges into use cases, architecture concepts, and roadmaps.
• Collaborating with architects, delivery teams, and sales in strategic discussions.
• Developing Etteplan’s Agentic AI offering and mentoring engineers.
