Job summary

Ontex Poland is seeking an experienced Indirect Purchasing Manager to lead local indirect procurement activities and align with the group’s global strategy. You will manage local suppliers, implement category plans, and drive cost savings while ensuring policy compliance.

Collaborate with Group Procurement and internal stakeholders to optimize processes, test platforms like Coupa, and promote continuous improvement in procurement performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in indirect procurement and category management.
• Proven supplier management, sourcing and negotiation skills.
• Capable of implementing global strategies locally while ensuring policy compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with cost-saving initiatives and familiarity with DPO metrics is a plus.
• Proficient in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Implement global procurement strategies at local level with compliance to policies.
• Manage local suppliers: sourcing, contracts, performance, relationships.
• Drive cost-saving and value-creation aligned with global targets.
• Monitor procurement KPIs, savings, compliance, and DPO.
• Serve as main local contact for procurement topics and stakeholder relations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Support Source-to-Pay (Coupa) implementation including testing and training.
