Qualifications
- Experience in indirect procurement or purchasing.
- Sourcing exposure in Freight, Logistics, or related areas.
- Advanced English; Polish is an advantage.
- University degree in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Conduct RFQs for national and regional material groups.
- Manage sourcing activities and supplier relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through market analysis.
- Support regional and global sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate supplier performance and risk mitigation.
- Drive supplier development and process improvements.
- Maintain purchasing master data and support changes.
