Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services SP. Z O.O. in Krakow is seeking an Authorization and Approvals Analyst to strengthen the CoE, supporting streamlined approvals, process mapping, and SOP documentation.

You will collaborate with IT and business units, applying Lean Six Sigma concepts and coordinating audits. This is a full-time role in a dynamic, global team with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, finance, project management or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma and governance tools (ServiceNow, SharePoint) certifications beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in an agile and dynamic environment, and the ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Proficiency in English language.

Your Background

• Relevant certifications in process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) and governance tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SharePoint) will be a benefit.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in working in an agile and dynamic environment, and the ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and another relevant software application.
• Proficiency in English language.
