Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services SP. Z O.O. in Kraków seeks a proactive Tactical Buyer to strengthen procurement, supplier management, and continuity of supply. You will negotiate, issue purchase orders, and drive cost-saving initiatives while coordinating with internal teams.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Tactical Buyer to join our procurement organization at Hitachi Energy. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continuity of supply, cost optimization, and supplier performance while working closely with internal stakeholders and a diverse supplier base. As a Tactical Buyer, you will be responsible for purchasing goods, materials, and services in line with business requirements related to cost, quality, and delivery. You will play a key role in supplier management, negotiations, order execution, and resolving operational procurement challenges to support smooth business operations. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to build effective relationships across the organization. Your Background

• Experience working with suppliers and managing day‑to‑day procurement activities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
