Liftero in Kraków is seeking a hands-on In-House Lawyer to run internal legal matters and be the single point of contact for everything legal across the company. You will holistically manage the document lifecycle, ensure compliance with capital market regulations, and coordinate with external law firms to translate complex advice into clear, actionable steps for the team.

You will draft and negotiate client, supplier, and partner agreements; oversee corporate compliance for a publicly listed

Competenze

Master's degree in Law required.
At least 3 years of practical legal experience; in-house experience in a tech/growth company preferred.
Experience as in-house counsel with cross-functional exposure (commercial contracts, corporate law, employment, and capital market compliance).
Ability to manage external counsel relationships, budgets, and timelines; translate memos into actionable business steps.

Mansioni

Structure, review, and negotiate agreements across all workstreams, including client, vendor, and partner contracts, and NDAs.
Oversee and streamline the document workflow across the organization, ensuring traceability and archiving.
Draft and verify commercial contracts, employment agreements, NDAs, and vendor contracts in line with policy and compliance standards.
Collaborate with external counsel on negotiations, complex opinions, and non-standard terms; manage end-to-end document workflows with advisory parties.
Draft corporate resolutions, official protocols, and reports; support operations tied to publicly listed status.
Provide daily legal support on people operations and employment matters.
Prepare filings and official communications for regulatory bodies.
