State Street in Kraków is seeking a Head of Impact Assurance to lead the enterprise framework for transformation value realization. You will partner with Finance, Technology and Risk to validate benefits, track outcomes and advise governance bodies on investment decisions.

You will build analytics capabilities, manage a small assurance team, and drive corrective actions when value realization challenges emerge, ensuring measurable, sustainable business results across the transformation portfolio.

Formación

• Substantial leadership experience in value realization, transformation assurance and governance.
• Proven ability to define enterprise frameworks, standards and governance across complex portfolios.
• Deep expertise in business-case challenge, benefits realization, financial analysis and portfolio decision support.
• Experience with operating-model change, process redesign, technology modernization, AI-enabled capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own and define the enterprise framework for transformation impact measurement, validation and reporting.
• Lead independent review and challenge of business cases, assumptions, projected benefits and costs.
• Convert commitments into measurable targets with accountable owners and validated methods.
• Provide independent assessments of transformation impact to executive leadership and governance forums.
• Identify value leakage and gaps; recommend corrective actions and revised targets.
• Develop enterprise capability in value management, analytics and forecasting.
