Job summary

State Street, Kraków, is seeking a Consulting Program Manager, Vice President, to lead end-to-end, large-scale programs from Kraków or Gdańsk in a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 remote). You will partner with executive sponsors and multi-function teams to deliver strategic transformations and regulatory initiatives with measurable outcomes.

The role requires strong governance, stakeholder management, and change leadership, with a track record in financial services or consulting.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading and delivering large, complex programs with accountability for outcomes.
• Proven ability to take end-to-end ownership from mobilization to delivery.
• Experience leading multi-workstream, cross-functional programs with senior stakeholders across multiple areas.
• Experience leading programs with senior stakeholder involvement and meaningful business outcomes.
• Strong governance, executive engagement, reporting, escalation processes, and program controls.
• Experience leading change across complex organizations and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex programs from mobilization through delivery and realization of outcomes.
• Own program scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Establish program structure, cadence, and delivery approaches per initiative.
• Balance hands-on delivery with oversight of teams to meet objectives and benefits.
• Maintain focus on measurable business outcomes including financial benefit and client/employee experience.
• Apply lessons learned to strengthen execution and anticipate challenges.
