Job summary

Seargin is seeking a Project Manager to lead impact measurement and digital analytics initiatives across multi-stakeholder teams in Poland. You will align KPIs, manage governance, and drive cadence, while coordinating with Insights Leads and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, risk management, and documentation skills, with hands-on experience in attribution modelling and cross-channel measurement in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, PMO, program management, or a similar cross-functional delivery role.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across different teams and functions.
• Strong project planning skills, including defining scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.
• Experience establishing and managing project governance, cadence, status reporting, and action tracking.
• Strong experience managing risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies, with the ability to elevate effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to align teams with different priorities and influence without direct authority.
• Good understanding of digital analytics, marketing measurement, campaign performance, attribution, or cross-channel measurement.
• Ability to understand and constructively challenge analytics and measurement approaches.
• Experience defining and aligning KPIs, targets, and measurement frameworks with business stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing and facilitating project meetings, including agendas, materials, decisions, and action logs.
• Strong documentation skills and experience with Confluence, SharePoint, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Project framing & KPI alignment - work with the Insights Lead to define project scope, KPIs, targets, and consolidate inputs into a structured framework.
• PMO - establish project rhythm, define milestones, and ensure the team stays on track and on schedule.
• Task tracking - track tasks and deliverables across teams and flag risks and blockers early.
• Methodology awareness & documentation - stay close to the measurement approach, including attribution modelling, and ensure processes and documentation evolve with the methodology and scope.
• Communication & reporting - ensure regular and clear communication on project status and impact findings with the Insights Lead and relevant stakeholders.
• Meeting preparation & follow-up - prepare agendas and materials and provide clear, actionable takeaways and next steps.
