A home improvement software provider is seeking a Program Development Manager to lead projects across the organization. This role involves liaising with departments, managing relationships with retail partners and manufacturers, and ensuring project completion on schedule. Installation Made Easy (IME) provides software and process management that enable retailers, manufacturers, and contractors (providers) to offer installed home improvements to homeowners in a convenient, consistent, and affordable manner. IME senior management has over 100 years of retail management and home improvement industry experience.
Program Development Manager
Location: Remote
Salary Range: $65,000 - $125,000
Level: Manager or Director
Reports to: VP- Business Development
The Program Development Manager (PDM) is a cross between an Account Executive, Project Manager, and Client Implementation Manager. The primary responsibility of the PDM is to drive projects across the organization to completion. The PDM will develop, plan, and implement new initiatives and home improvement programs. The PDM will also serve as a contact for ongoing relationships with our retail partners and manufacturers.
The PDM will have frequent interaction with all departments as well as senior and executive level management. This position is highly visible and can have huge impacts to the companys success very quickly!
The ideal candidate is confident, charismatic and has presence. The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with all levels of an organization and be able to handle stressful situations with calm and grace. Additionally, the PDM should have good business sense and be able to apply sound judgment in complex situations. The candidate should be self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
