Job summary

Mychip in Warszawa is seeking an Operations-focused iGaming Project Manager for Tier 3 to coordinate operational and technical processes. You will control the execution of tasks, communicate with team leads, and coordinate across departments so the manager can focus on strategic work.

You will gather requirements, break them into Jira tasks, plan geos launches, monitor metrics, and report progress. Requires 2+ years PM experience, Agile knowledge, and English at an Upper-Intermediate level.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in iGaming, FinTech, or eCommerce.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Understanding of online casino business, product lifecycle, and player behavior metrics.
• Experience launching new markets or products is a strong advantage.
• Ability to clearly articulate tasks and manage cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with dashboards/BI tools.
• High level of self-organization and accountability.
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities

• Gather and structure business requirements.
• Break down business requests into tasks for the operations team.
• Write clear and detailed task descriptions in task management systems (Jira).
• Plan and coordinate the launch of new geos (markets).
• Track deadlines and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Monitor key product metrics in the assigned region (conversion, LTV, retention).
• Collaborate with multiple departments to collect relevant information.
• Support the Country Head with cross-department coordination and information gathering.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in project execution.
• Provide regular status reports on ongoing projects and initiatives.
