Job summary

Gypsy Collective is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong iGaming background to join one of our partner teams. You will plan capacity, manage workloads, and prioritize the backlog, aligning delivery with business goals.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and communicate progress, risks, and timelines to stakeholders. Notion is used for documentation and transparent delivery processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project Management experience in the iGaming industry.
• Middle+ / Senior level expertise in managing technical projects and teams.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to adapt them to business needs.
• Experience with delivery planning, backlog management, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Good technical understanding of infrastructure, platform architecture, integrations, and cross-team dependencies.
• Ability to understand business and technical requirements, critically evaluate estimates, and identify delivery risks.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Plan team capacity, manage workloads, and prioritize the technical backlog based on business needs and available resources.
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve delivery processes to ensure consistent execution.
• Manage project plans, timelines, and scope, adapting them to changing priorities and requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers.
• Facilitate planning sessions, retrospectives, demos, and other team meetings.
• Ensure clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, timelines, and risks.
• Maintain up-to-date project and process documentation in Notion
