Job summary

Best Foam Fabricators, Inc. seeks a senior finance professional to lead IFRS financial reporting for the BFF Polska Group in Poland (Łódź). You will coordinate consolidation packages and prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.

The role requires 5+ years of reporting experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong English. Collaboration with Milan HQ and external auditors is essential, with a focus on IFRS 9 valuations and EIR calculations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
• Hands-on experience calculating the Effective Interest Rate (EIR).
• Experience valuing financial assets under IFRS 9.
• Experience with month-, quarter-, and year-end closings.
• Collaboration with external auditors during reviews and audits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate consolidation packages and consolidated financial statements for the BFF Polska Group.
• Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for Group entities.
• Prepare quarterly data for consolidation of BFF Bank S.p.A. Group.
• Coordinate annual standalone and consolidated financial statements and management reports.
• Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Value financial assets under IFRS 9 and analyze EIR calculations.
• Verify valuations using the amortized cost method and explain variances.
• Prepare financial analyses for Management Board and external institutions.
• Collaborate with external auditors and Group HQ in Milan.
