The role requires accounting qualifications, experience in financial reporting or audits, SAP knowledge, and fluent English. A hybrid work setup in Poznań is available, with strong emphasis on accuracy and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree / qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
• 2 years of post-qualification experience or post degree.
• Experience in Financial Reporting or Audit Firm.
• Practical experience with IFRS.
• Experience of working in a Control / SOX environment.
• Previous experience of SAP preferred.
• Developed analytical skills.
• Communication and organization skills.
• Outside of the box thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English (minimum C1).

Responsibilities

• Report financial results for an entity or cluster, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Support IFRS reporting and month-end processes with accurate commentary.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax providers as needed.
