Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, Customer Service or Customer Supply Chain in a global org, ideally FMCG or Consumer Healthcare.
• Deep understanding of Lead to Cash processes including order management and invoicing.
• Experience designing, improving or standardising business processes.
• Experience with large-scale transformation, ERP implementations or operating model changes.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the future-state Lead to Cash process.
• Design scalable, standardised processes supporting Haleon’s global operating model.
• Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance and Digital teams to align requirements.
• Lead workshops and governance discussions to drive decisions.
• Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
• Support implementation, change adoption and business readiness activities.
• Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement post go-live.
