Job summary

• Seasoned programme manager with experience commercialising and scaling multi-country SaaS offerings.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering structured, near-term actions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver market and sales enablement so local teams engage customers consistently.
• Support and enable local market teams across 30+ European markets, Moldova and Ukraine.
• Oversee market plans and prioritisation; ensure timely sales materials and training.
• Manage customer pilots in identity solutions in collaboration with Core teams.
• Support local teams in converting interest into active opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across product, commercial and market teams.
