Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for an ICT Testing Engineer to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining testing systems for electronic products - ensuring high quality, reliability, and efficiency throughout the production process. You will collaborate closely with design, process, and production teams to optimize test strategies, support product validation, and continuously improve test performance and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement efficient and cost-effective testing and troubleshooting methods for electronic systems and equipment
  • Prepare diagnostic programs, test procedures, and detailed specifications for new products
  • Design and develop test fixtures and test equipment to support validation and production needs
  • Perform product validation testing for both hardware and software components
  • Apply continuous improvement tools and methodologies to optimize test processes
  • Reduce cycle time, variability, defects, and costs.
  • Define test objectives, strategies, and standards to ensure high product quality and maximize yields
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for mass production test systems
  • Lead and support the team in meeting customer product testing and audit requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or process engineering
  • Experience with ICT (In-Circuit Test) systems (FEASA, Flashing) and FCT (Functional Circuit Test), including on-board flashing
  • Experience with EOL (End-of-Line) testing (electronic, photometric, and leakage tests)
  • Experience with Lighting Pattern Testingis a plus
  • Understanding of product test strategies across the product lifecycle
  • Familiarity with FMEA, MSA, DFx, and IATF 16949 standards
  • Basic programming ability in VB.net, C#, or LabVIEW
  • Proficient in the use of test instruments such as power supplies, DAQs, DMMs, and E-Loads
  • Knowledge of CAN and LIN communication protocols preferred
  • Experience with TRI and SPEA ICT systems; understanding of ICT testing principles
  • Konwledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good level of English (B2)
