Overview

The IAM Workflow Administrator is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated workflows within the Okta Identity and Access Management platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize identity lifecycle management, streamline access provisioning, and enhance security controls through automation. They will also assist in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and administration of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems within the organization. This role ensures that users have appropriate access to systems and data, supports security initiatives, and maintains compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Okta workflows for user onboarding, offboarding, and access management processes.
  • Integrate Okta with other enterprise systems and applications using APIs, connectors, and automation tools.
  • Primary user administration – Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Intune, Entra, Salesforce, Tableau and other business applications.
  • Primary user administration – Access management, Duo and OKTA MFA administration.
  • Primary for file and print share access request.
  • Assist Desktop Support team in other areas as needed
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science and/or equivalent experience preferred
  • ITIL Foundations and Microsoft certifications preferred

Experience:

  • 3 - 5 working in service desk environment with a focus on internal Desktop Support.

Knowledge & Skill:

  • Mid level more complex support and administrative functions.
  • Applies generally straightforward industry best practices or procedures.
  • Requires good knowledge, experience, and skill of standardized rules, procedures, or operations on a variety of activities requiring training and experience.
  • Is expected to work through typical or moderately complex problems but may require occasional guidance or direction.
  • May require specialized skills in administrative or technical fields.
  • Good understanding of Active Directory roles, structure, and function.
  • Experience with Jira ticketing system
