Job summary

Capital.com ищет специалиста по управлению доступом и IAM с опытом не менее 4 лет для поддержки процессов контроля доступа и аудита. В обязанности входит управление запросами на доступ, анализ прав и участие во внедрении требований по безопасности в соответствие с международными стандартами. Требуется базовый Python и знание AWS IAM/Okta.

Кандидат должен владеть английским языком на продвинутом уровне и уметь сотрудничать с различными командами для минимизации рисков доступа.

Qualifications

• Опыт 4+ лет в информационной безопасности/IAM
• Знания RBAC/ABAC/SoD и жизненного цикла доступа
• Опыт работы с Jira и обработкой запросов на доступ
• Свободный английский (Advanced)
• Базовые скрипты Python

Responsibilities

• Управление запросами на доступ и разрешениями
• Проверка доступа и анализ разрешений на избыточность/конфликты
• Сопровождение внешних аудитов путем сбора доказательств доступа
• Внедрение и поддержка контроля управления доступом, включая SoD матрицу и Toxic Role Combination
• Сотрудничество с внутренними командами для реализации требований по управлению доступом в соответствии со стандартами безопасности
• Контроль и снижение дублирования прав доступа

• Manage access requests and permissions across company systems
• Conduct access reviews and analyze entitlements for excess or conflicts
• Support external audits by collecting and documenting access-related evidence
• Implement and maintain access management controls, including SoD matrix and Toxic Role Combination control
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement access management requirements in line with security and compliance standards
• Control and reduce redundancy in access rights provisioning

Требования

• At least 4 years of experience in information security, IT support, or IAM roles
• Understand RBAC/ABAC/SoD models, user provisioning, and access lifecycle processes
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira and handling access-related requests
• Ability to analyze access data, identify inconsistencies, and suggest improvements
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
• Advanced English proficiency
• Experience with access management in AWS IAM, Okta, Atlassian, and Google Workspace Knowledge of security frameworks and standards: ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, DORA, COBIT Familiarity with access management controls for databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, and Linux systems
• Basic scripting skills, such as Python, for automation or analysis tasks Будет плюсом: Experience working in the fintech domain
