Job summary

Capital, a leading trading platform, is seeking an experienced IAM Specialist to tighten access across our systems, strengthen governance, and reduce risk. You will work hands-on with AWS IAM, Okta and Google Workspace, implementing RBAC/ABAC, SoD controls, and automation to streamline access provisioning.

In this role you will manage access requests, conduct reviews, support audits, and collaborate with security, compliance, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in information security or IAM roles with hands-on access management.
• Solid understanding of RBAC/ABAC/SoD and lifecycle provisioning.
• Experience with Jira and ticketing for access requests.
• Automation scripting in Python for tasks and data analysis.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, DORA, COBIT and related controls.
• Experience with AWS IAM, Okta, Google Workspace and database access controls.

We're looking for an experienced IAM Specialist to help keep access across our systems secure, efficient, and compliant. You'll sit where operations, security, and audit meet: tightening permissions, reducing risk, and supporting our access governance work. You'll work hands-on with tools like AWS, Okta, and Google Workspace, help extend our IAM practices into infrastructure and compliance, and use automation to replace manual access processes.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in information security, IT support, IAM roles.
• Understanding of RBAC/ABAC/SoD models, user provisioning, and access lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and handling access-related requests.
• Ability to analyze access data, identify inconsistencies, and suggest improvements.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
• Advanced level proficiency in English.
• Experience with access management in AWS IAM, Okta, Atlassian and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and standard​s: ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, DORA, COBIT
• Familiarity with access management controls for databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Linux systems.
• Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python) for automation or analysis tasks.
