Job summary

HCLTech seeks a skilled SailPoint ISC Consultant with strong Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow) expertise to design, implement, and support IAM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in integrations, provisioning, access governance, and lifecycle management within SailPoint ISC.

The role requires experience in provisioning, lifecycle management, and integration with Web Services, SCIM, JDBC, and AD/Azure AD connectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise software, SI or consulting
• Experience designing and implementing IAM solutions
• Hands-on provisioning, lifecycle management, and access governance
• Strong client-facing communication in English and Polish/Spanish may be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow) solutions across enterprise environments
• Configure identity lifecycle (JML) processes
• Onboard apps and configure connectors (Web Services, SCIM, JDBC, AD/Azure AD)
• Develop and manage access provisioning, aggregation, and certifications
• Configure workflows, policies, and RBAC
• Troubleshoot identity and access issues
• Collaborate with application and security teams for integration

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint ISC Consultant with strong expertise in Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow) to design, implement, and support IAM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in integrations, provisioning, access governance, and lifecycle management within SailPoint ISC.

• Location: Poland
• Working hours: Dependent on Project - UK Hours

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow) solutions across enterprise environments
• Configure and manage identity lifecycle (JML) processes
• Perform application onboarding and connector configurations (Web Services, SCIM, JDBC, AD/Azure AD)
• Develop and manage access provisioning, aggregation, and certifications
• Configure and maintain workflows, policies, and role-based access controls (RBAC)
• Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access-related issues
• Work closely with application teams, security teams, and stakeholders for integration and onboarding
• Support audit, compliance, and governance activities
• Perform data analysis and reporting for access reviews and certifications
• Participate in migration or upgrade projects (IIQ to ISC, if applicable)

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company, systems integrator, or consulting firm; 3+ years of software implementation experience
• Excellent organization and communication skills in Spanish and English
• Experience in software development, implementation, and configuration
• Excellent communications skills and extensive experience working directly with clients and partners
• Understanding of IAM protocols- SAML, OAuth, LDAP
• Willing to work in shifts

Preferred

• Strong hands‑on ISC implementation & integrations
• Experience with SCIM, Web Services, JDBC, AD/Azure AD connectors
• Knowledge of provisioning, aggregation, workflows, certifications
• Scripting (Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, APIs)
• IAM fundamentals (RBAC, SAML, OAuth)
