Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an Identity and Access Management Analyst to safeguard global enterprise systems by managing user access across multiple platforms. You will implement RBAC, oversee the access lifecycle, and collaborate on audits, risk mitigation, and compliance efforts.

The role requires strong IAM expertise, familiarity with SailPoint/Okta, and fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2). Join a multinational team to strengthen security across the organization.

Qualifications

• Solid IAM knowledge and industry best practices.
• Experience with access management in large enterprises.
• Knowledge of SOX and GDPR requirements.
• Fluent Italian (C1) and English (B2) in verbal and written forms.
• Experience with RBAC and least privilege implementations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the user access lifecycle across multiple enterprise systems.
• Provision and revoke access rights following policy and security standards.
• Enforce least privilege and RBAC across platforms.
• Administer IAM tools and respond to access requests.
• Support security audits and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Monitor and respond to access-related incidents and risks.
• Document processes and contribute to access management policy development.
