Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an IAM Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer to support evolution of IAM Governance in a large international environment. You will analyze governance documentation, document changes to IAM processes (JML, Onboarding, Business Roles, Lifecycle), and lead workshops with multiple teams.

Fluent English is required. This role emphasizes independent initiative, strong IAM expertise, and effective communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven BA or Requirements Engineer with IAM focus.
  • Strong understanding of IAM governance concepts.
  • Hands-on with JML, Recertification, and Onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and enhance IAM governance documentation and policies.
  • Document changes to IAM processes: Joiner, Mover, Leaver, and lifecycle.
  • Lead workshops with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare management-ready presentations for leadership.

We are looking for an experienced IAM Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer to support the evolution of Identity & Access Management (IAM) Governance processes within a large international environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, review, and enhance IAM Governance documentation and policies across the organization.
  • Assess and document changes related to key IAM processes, including:
  • Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML)
  • Application Onboarding
  • Business Roles
  • Non-Personal Accounts
  • Identity Lifecycle Management
  • Lead discussions and workshops with multiple project teams and stakeholders.
  • Challenge, validate, and critically assess findings and recommendations from other IAM initiatives.
  • Establish and facilitate recurring governance meetings to track progress and align stakeholders.
  • Prepare documentation, recommendations, and management-ready presentations for senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer within IAM environments.
  • Strong understanding of IAM Governance concepts and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with JML, Recertification, Application Onboarding, Business Roles, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to challenge existing approaches.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience organizing workshops, meetings, and cross-functional discussions.
  • Ability to work independently, drive topics proactively, and influence decision-making.
  • Fluent English is required.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working in large-scale IAM transformation or governance programs.
