Job summary

Sprout Social, Inc. in Krakow is hiring a Part-Time Senior Workplace Experience Specialist to manage the Krakow office and elevate the local experience, including events, vendor partnerships, onboarding, and support ticket resolution.

The role requires onsite presence 3 days per week (Tues-Thu), 2+ years in a similar role, and proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and basic spreadsheets. English and Polish fluency is essential; occasional travel to other Sprout locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a similar role (e.g. workplace coordination, office/facilities management, administrative or operations support)
• onsite in Krakow office 3 days per week (Tue-Thu)
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and basic spreadsheets
• Ability to lift up to 15 kg as needed
• Fluent English and Polish, written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day needs of the Krakow office including supplies and maintenance
• Liaise with vendors, cleaners, and building management to ensure smooth operations
• Plan, communicate, and execute internal events (team meetups, Happy Hours, meetings)
• Support onboarding and offboarding of employees; welcome visitors
• Manage and resolve workplace support tickets with strong customer service
