Job summary

Syncron Warsaw is seeking an ambitious Application/Technical Consultant to join our fast-growing Customer Excellence / Expert Services team. You will advise customers on transforming their service and after-sales business into a competitive differentiator.

You will design end-to-end business processes, configure solutions, test parameters, and enable user adoption through UAT support and Super User Training, collaborating with Product Management to improve Syncron's offerings.

Qualifications

• Has ability to understand and write basic SQL queries.
• Experience with enterprise software implementations (1–2 years).
• Able to take accountability for customer needs and deliver results.
• Fluent English to business-level proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and document end-to-end business processes based on best practices and standard software solutions.
• Configure, test, and fine-tune business parameters to optimize fit.
• Set up solutions to enable customer value in collaboration with the Solution Architect.
• Support end users in UAT testing and provide Super User Training.
• Collaborate with Product Management to improve Syncron solutions.
