Job summary

Wemolo GmbH is seeking a System Performance Support Specialist (all genders) on a B2B / Freelance basis in Poland. You will analyze performance of parking space monitoring systems, identify anomalies, and improve license plate recognition in real-world environments.

Work with an experienced team to deliver high-quality results. The role requires strong data skills, English and Polish language proficiency (German a plus), and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you have completed vocational training in a technical field, or higher education.
• You have a good understanding of data and strong spatial awareness. You are interested in technology.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the performance of parking space monitoring systems and investigate anomalies to identify root causes.
• Identify and implement measures to resolve issues related to license plate recognition and improve system quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Your work directly contributes to the quality and reliability of our products and supports team success.
