Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ experience in first line of defence control function, audit, or other control-related functions in the financial services industry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of quality in work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage at the senior management level.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Markets Control Inventory is accurate and up to date by documenting and implementing effective controls.
• Partner with key stakeholders to coordinate control uplift initiatives.
• Provide credible challenge to stakeholders, driving continuous improvement.
