Job summary

Promise Group in Poland is seeking an experienced Fullstack .NET Developer to join a project focused on expanding a critical platform using .NET, SharePoint On-Premises, and Azure AI services. The role emphasizes ownership and close collaboration with the Project Manager and client.

The solution combines .NET, SharePoint On-Premises, modern web technologies and Azure AI services including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Document Intelligence.

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of C# and solid experience with .NET stack.
• Practical hands-on experience with .NET 8 and .NET Framework 4.8.
• Experience with SharePoint On-Premises 2016/2019 including development, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of MS SQL Server.
• Frontend experience with Angular 2+ and Blazor.
• Experience with Hangfire or similar background job processing tools.
• Practical knowledge of Git and version control.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot existing applications and understand a codebase.
• Strong communication with client to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Independent, ownership-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Azure services including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Document Intelligence, etc.
• Familiarity with AI/Generative AI concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing new features using .NET, SharePoint and web technologies.
• Developing solutions using Azure services and AI technologies, including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Document Intelligence.
• Designing and implementing both backend and frontend components.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting an existing solution based on SharePoint On-Premises.
• Analyzing and resolving application, integration and data-related issues.
• Working directly with the client to understand business needs and clarify requirements.
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions and development tasks.
• Participating in client meetings and technical discussions; proposing solutions and making implementation decisions.
• Estimating and breaking down development tasks; taking ownership from requirements to deployment.
• Maintaining and continuously improving the existing solution.
