Job summary

EPAM Systems in Wroclaw is seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Software Engineer to help modernize and scale Asset Management reporting platforms. You will contribute across client, transaction and regulatory reporting, translating business needs into robust IT solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on .NET development, cloud experience with Azure, and collaboration within an agile, global organization. Hybrid work design with both on-site and Poland-wide remote options is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on application development experience using .NET.
• Experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL databases.
• Practical experience with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud native solutions.
• Experience translating high-level business requirements into IT requirements.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering.
• Banking or financial experience strongly desired.

• Drive modernization and scalability of client, transaction and regulatory reporting platforms within Asset Management technology
• Implement high quality solutions that address business needs and adhere to industry standards
• Advance automation of manual processes to the next level
