Job summary

You will analyze failures, perform data-driven root cause analysis, monitor non-conformities, and collaborate with global ABB experts to drive improvements.

The role requires an MSc in electrical engineering, hands-on testing or design experience, and strong English.

Qualifications

• MSc in electrical engineering or related field required.
• Experience in electrical design, quality & reliability, failure analysis or electrical testing is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze failed parts and subsystems to identify the point of failure.
• Analyze data to prove or disprove the failure hypothesis and uncover root causes.
• Monitor factory non-conformities and follow up on improvement actions.
• Collaborate with local and global ABB experts, suppliers, laboratories, and universities.
