Job summary

ABB in Poland (Aleksandrów Łódzki) is seeking a Motion High Power / Medium Voltage Drives Product Engineer to join the Quality & Reliability team on a hybrid work model. You will analyze failures, perform data-driven root cause analysis, monitor non-conformities, and collaborate with global ABB experts to drive improvements.

The role requires an MSc in electrical engineering, hands-on testing or design experience, and strong English.

• Experience in electrical design, quality & reliability, failure analysis or electrical testing is preferred.

Responsibilities
