Job summary

Nasdaq in Wrocław, Poland is seeking a Software Engineer to design and deliver sophisticated software powering the AxiomSL AI product. You will work across the full development lifecycle, from architecture to implementation, in a fast-growing, innovation-driven team.

You will thrive as a problem-solver who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges, collaborating across functions, and helping colleagues grow within a hybrid work environment with at least 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong Python back-end development experience with SQL for structured data.
• Experience building and integrating APIs and enterprise data pipelines.
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled products or platform capabilities.
• Clear communicator with ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and client-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions across new and existing applications and systems architecture.
• Lead technical analysis of complex assignments, including coding, testing, debugging, and delivering robust outcomes.
• Drive security-conscious development practices and ensure cross-platform compatibility across products.
• Build reliable integrations between AI services, structured data sources, and enterprise platform components.
• Mentor team members, championing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
