Job summary

thyssenkrupp Automotive Body Solutions offers a 30 hours per week fixed-term purchasing role for projects in series production and project-based business. You will represent procurement with project management, participate in offers and reviews, and coordinate with our international sites.

You will finalize supplier contracts, ensure compliance with N5 processes, support budgets, and manage costs, time, and quality to guarantee project success. Travel internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree in industrial or mechanical engineering.
• Many years of procurement experience, preferably in automotive.
• Proficient in SAP R3 with strong presentation skills.
• Analytical, structured and independent with assertiveness.
• Fluent in German and English with good communication and persuasion.
• Strong MS Office skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Represent connection between procurement and project management for purchasing on multiple projects.
• Lead offers and coordinate with purchasing team and international sites.
• Finalize supplier contracts and ensure compliance with N5 processes.
• Work with commodity buyers to align with budgets and strategy.
• Manage costs, time and quality to ensure project success.
• Coordinate material requirements and clarify quality needs via drawings.
