You will verify client trades against counterparty instructions and ensure timely confirmations, while collaborating with clients, brokers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Servicing all aspects of trade confirmation and settlement across multiple products.
• Verifying trades booked by client against counterparty instructions.
• Ensuring trades are confirmed within deadlines.
• Cooperating with clients, brokers, custodians, fund accountants and other parties.
• Leading resolution of complex queries with internal and external teams.
• Assessing risk exposure and taking escalation actions.
• Driving process improvements and participating in new business onboarding.
• Supporting third-party claims management and liability recommendations for senior management.
