Job summary

Ten Square Games in Wroclaw invites a Junior Data Scientist to join as a full‑fledged team member, impacting game analytics from day one. You’ll own parts of the data journey—from gathering requirements to delivering visual insights—while receiving strong mentorship.

You’ll build dashboards, design ELT workflows with our data engineers, set KPIs and run A/B tests to optimize player engagement, using Python for exploratory analyses on large datasets and game features.

Qualifications

• Degree in quantitative field (data science, maths, CS, econ analytics)
• University projects, internships, or first commercial experience
• Knowledge of SQL with Postgres/Vertica
• Working knowledge of Python and analytical libraries
• Basic statistics knowledge
• Availability for full‑time work
• Data‑driven, analytical thinker
• Proactive and results‑driven
• Strong problem‑solving with large datasets
• Passion for games
• Fluent in English and Polish

Responsibilities

• Own the data journey from requirements to ELT design and final visualizations
• Shine insights to game teams and suggest analytics process improvements
• Collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain game data pipelines
• Learn to gather requirements, plan end-to-end processes
• Develop and maintain user-friendly dashboards and support their use
• Set KPIs and run A/B tests to optimize player income
• Use Python for exploratory analyses on product problems like matchmaking and segmentation
