Job summary

You will collaborate in a cross-functional, agile team, collecting and translating requirements into clear specs, applying business process knowledge, and contributing to continual service improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Business/Functional Analyst or Product Owner role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and analysis tools.
• Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization techniques.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide business analysis, supplying technical and business process / data expertise, and supporting decisions for new or changed IS solutions/services within scope.
• Collect and translate requirements for projects and changes into specifications for internal and external delivery parties.
• Apply related business processes knowledge to shape and align IS solution/services to build and deliver activities.
• Work in a cross-discipline team, using agile development methodology that requires active participation in all team\'s activities.
