Citi Solutions Center Poland in Warsaw is seeking a Core HR Operational Analyst to provide day-to-day HR operations support. You will handle record maintenance, account management, imaging, and opening of accounts while liaising with operations, relationship managers, and clients.

The role requires 0-2 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong MS Office and communication skills. It offers a hybrid work model (up to 2 days at home per week) and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned work, including routine maintenance and change requests.
• Serve as liaison to operations staff, relationship managers and clients.
• Conduct needs assessments and update content or develop solutions per requirements.
• Research and propose solutions to inquiries on help content and policy gaps.
• Monitor progress to ensure completion by due date and maintain process controls.
• Ensure a high level of client experience and follow established Citi processes.
