Job summary

DXC Technology Polska is seeking a Junior or Mid Software Tester to join our German-speaking team in Wrocław. The role supports international projects, ensuring software quality through test planning, execution, and collaboration with developers, business analysts, and customers.

We offer a hybrid work model with 2 days per week in the Wrocław office, and require German (B2+) and English (B2+) communication.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of software testing from studies, training, internships, or projects.
• Ability to understand testing methodologies and software development processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document defects and test results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and verify their testability.
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, integration, system, end-to-end, and regression testing.
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify risks and unexpected behavior.
• Document test results, defects, and quality risks.
• Retest fixes and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and customers to ensure high-quality deliveries.
• Contribute to test process improvements in agile and hybrid project environments.
