Accenture Poland is seeking a Treasury Analyst for the FX Middle Office. You will support the end-to-end FX trading lifecycle, coordinate with FX Traders and Treasury teams, and help ensure accuracy across trade processes.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with a permanent afternoon shift, fostering collaboration with global colleagues. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in Accounting or Treasury, a Finance/Accounting degree, strong Excel skills, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional experience in Accounting or Treasury.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the FX trading lifecycle from trade prep to verification and settlement.
• Verify FX transactions across multiple systems and platforms.
• Perform daily reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Act as liaison between FX Traders, Treasury Cash, FX Operations and Risk & Strategy teams.
• Support treasury controls, risk monitoring and process improvements.
• Collaborate with global teams to implement new tools and workflows.
