Experis is seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury team on an interim basis in Warsaw. You will support cash visibility, liquidity reporting, forecasting, banking support and treasury controls during a period of increased activity.

The role is hybrid with 2-3 days in the Warsaw office. You will work with cross-functional teams, analyze large datasets, and contribute to process improvements including automation and enhanced forecasting models.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or financial analysis.
• Strong experience in cash forecasting and liquidity management.
• Experience working in a multinational or complex corporate environment.
• Proven ability to analyze large data sets and present meaningful insights.
• Experience supporting treasury operations and reporting activities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Support payment and funding activities as required.
• Assist intercompany funding analysis and related reporting.
• Monitor bank account activity and help ensure treasury policies and controls are adhered to.
• Coordinate banking administration activities where necessary.
• Support the preparation of board, audit, and management reporting packs.
• Prepare short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Monitor liquidity levels and support short-term cash management.
• Consolidate forecast submissions from business units and finance teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation and forecasting tools.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, Tax and Business Finance teams.
