Job summary

Capgemini Kraków is seeking a Treasury Middle Office Analyst to control, monitor, report and settle Treasury Operations, serving as a key link between Front Office, banks and treasury systems. You will manage cash positions, support cross‑border funding, and ensure alignment with treasury controls and policies.

The role requires 4+ years in treasury operations, strong Excel and analytical skills, and experience with Treasury Management Systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Treasury Operations within a multinational environment.
• Experience with FX, IR Swaps, MM Funds, CP, and Revolving Credit Facilities.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills with attention to detail.
• End-to-end payment processes awareness including SWIFT MT and XML Pain files.

Responsibilities

• Monitor full lifecycle of treasury transactions from execution to settlement.
• Manage daily cash positions and end-of-day liquidity reports.
• Support execution of FX, IR Swaps, CP, MMF, loans and intercompany funding.
• Administer Treasury Management Systems, accounts, data, and access.
• Maintain treasury KPIs, SLA reporting, audits and regulatory compliance.
