Dotlinkers IT recruitment is seeking a Fullstack Python Software Engineer to join a hybrid Warsaw-based team. You will modernize the financial reporting platform, build scalable data pipelines and ETL processes, and develop analytical applications for finance and management teams.

You will work across the full development lifecycle, collaborating with finance specialists and other engineers to ensure data quality, accuracy and actionable insights, using Python, Airflow, and front-end

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of software development experience in a technical field.
• Experience with data engineering, ETL and data reconciliation using T-SQL, Python and Airflow.
• Strong Python or C# development skills and end-to-end systems know-how.
• Frontend development with JavaScript and React for data visualization.

Aufgaben

• Modernize the financial reporting platform used by finance, management and investment teams.
• Design and develop scalable data pipelines, ETL processes and reconciliation workflows.
• Build analytical applications, reporting tools and visualizations for financial analysis.
• Develop validation and adjustment tools to improve reporting accuracy and controls.
• Collaborate with finance, valuation and technology teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Take ownership of features through the full development lifecycle.
• Analyze data flows and calculation logic to identify gaps and improve reporting.
• Create intuitive UIs to help stakeholders investigate trends and performance drivers.
• Support production systems and monitor performance for reliability.
